Chablis wines of our family Daniel-Etienne Defaix estate are on sale at the front desk of the hotel or in our cellar open from Wednesday to Sunday included, from 10:00am to 3:00pm and from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, located not far from the hotel, 14 rue Auxerroise in Chablis. (10 minutes walking from the hotel)
